Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Couch Potato Screen Lock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and Trials

Couch Potato Screen Lock may offer a free trial and paid subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

Safety Disclaimer

Do not use the app while walking or driving. Stay aware of your surroundings. You are responsible for your safety and for complying with local laws.

Screen Time Controls

The app uses iOS Screen Time to apply restrictions. You can always remove Screen Time access from Settings to restore full access to your device.

Prohibited Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates laws or rights of others.
• Do not misuse the app to block essential device access for someone else.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and provide notice in the app or on this page.
